The number of cupcakes each stand will fit is to be used as a guide and will also vary if you have a cutting cake or mini cupcakes instead of regular size cupcakes.

Stand Hire prices are for a 3 day period. Security bonds are required for all of our stands and are fully refunded upon stands return.

A re-hire fee is charged if stands are not returned within 3 days.

We also have disposable three tier cardboard cupcake stands for sale. They hold up to 30 cupcakes and are $15 each and come in a range of colours.

We recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment. We have a larger number of stands available, however, they are very popular and hire out quickly.
Hire Terms and Conditions
(Please read carefully before hiring. You will be required to agree with these terms before hire)
- A bond is required for each stand at a cost of $100 which is refundable on the return of the stand in original hire condition. This bond will not be refunded if the stand is damaged in any way and needing repair or if the stand is returned late.
- If the stand is damaged and can not be repaired you will be required to pay for a replacement stand.
- Cupcakes stands are available for pick up from our retail store in Williamstown, Victoria.
- Delivery and pick up of stands from venues is available for a fee.
- Stands will be cleaned only with food safe detergents. Please do not clean for return. Gently wipe off any large noticeable pieces of food etc and the stand will be cleaned by The Cupcake Queenson its return.
- These stands are very sturdy and can hold a considerable amount of weight but be aware that they are a tower and if lent on too hard could break. Never attempt to repair breakages this could result in irreparable damage.
- Payment is by Cash, EFT or credit card.
- Some personal details will be required for security reasons.
- As per the privacy laws your personal details will be noted for our records only and will not be passed on to any other person or third party
