I was really disappointed with my recent experience trying to order from Cupcake Queens. The system is extremely inflexible — ordering is only possible through the website, with the physical shop unable to take orders directly and the hotline only able to process web orders.
I wanted a 50/50 mixed box of Minecraft and Hawthorn flavours, but this wasn’t an option online. When I visited the shop for help, they just directed me back to the website or the hotline. Calling the hotline led to the same dead end: the site wouldn’t allow the custom mix, and there were no workarounds offered.
It was frustrating to have multiple points of contact that ultimately couldn’t help with something that should be straightforward. The cupcakes themselves look great, but the ordering process needs a lot more flexibility. Wouldn’t recommend if you want anything even slightly custom. I wasted so much time
